Survey Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer This giveaway is organized by Ivan Steiner, based in Zurich, Switzerland, as a private individual operating under the Swissfluent brand.

2. Eligibility Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Giveaway Period The giveaway runs from March 21 to April 30, 11:59 PM CET. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter Entry is by completing the Swissfluent survey in full. A valid email address is required so the winner can be contacted.

5. Prize The prize is 1× digital SBB gift card worth CHF 25.–. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway period has ended. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data Protection Personal data collected through this giveaway (name, email address, survey responses) will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and analyzing survey results. Data will not be shared with third parties. Names and emails will be deleted no later than 3 months after the conclusion of the giveaway, unless a legal retention obligation applies. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.

8. Liability The organizer accepts no liability for technical issues that may prevent participation. All decisions are final.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
